Employee funds misappropriation has lead to another court case being filed Aflik Nuage for financial embezzlement. Suppliers are up in arms against defaulted payments and false promises by outgoing CEO Aflik Nuage.
A fresh controversy is brewing with Electronincs62761 which threatens Aflik Nuage who is already under investigation for financial misconduct. Electronics62761 labour leader, Mr. James Roy has announced that they are organising a class action law suit along with the suppliers against Electronics62761 and in the personal capacity of Mr. Aflik Nuage.
The law suit is being filed by Mark and Robinson Advocate group which is well know to handle financial scandals. Mr. Alifk Nauge has formally requested the labour union to hold off till the inquiy in the financial scandal is completed the a neutral third party.
Angry demonstrations took place outside the house of Mr. Aflik Nuage demanding justice for the financial fraud committed by Aflik Nuage. Roy Gregor chief of union at Electronics62761 held a picket sign, “Aflik, will beg for my fair share”. Roy has two children and lost USD 150,000 of his life savings and is demanding justice and wants criminal charges against Aflik. Aflik Nuage could not be reached for comment.
