PARENTING ADVICE
This Emotional Fitness Exercise can be taught to your children as soon as they begin acquiring language simply by pointing out what is beautiful to you when you are with them. By the time they are four of five, they can be taught to be fully aware of beauty as described in the East Emotional Fitness Exercises.
